WHAT IS INSANITY GROUP EXERCISE?
INSANITY group ex is a predesigned format that brings the revolutionary, high-intensity interval training, total-body conditioning programme from the home to the gym and fitness studio setting. It's based on the principles of MAX Interval Training, which allows a person to beat the stress adaptation response. INSANITY workouts push individuals to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY's interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.
The group exercise adaptation of this workout has been designed to give participants a safe, challenging, and results-driven experience. It takes into consideration the special needs of the group exercise setting by providing a variety of modifications and instructor skills on how to provide the ultimate workout, regardless of the varied fitness level of participants.
INSANITY burns between 500-800 calories per hour. You also continue to burn energy up to 24 hours after exercising.
My classes last 50 minutes which begin with a warm-up and pre workout stretch, 3 blocks of high intensity interval training, abs/core section and a cool down and stretch. Classes are formatted and follow regular releases. Classes will change every 2 months following receipt of each new release of the programme. Every 4-5 weeks we will also carry out a fit test as part of the class so you can test yourself and see how much you have improved!
